Job Description

Join Aldi as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment. As a Cashier, your responsibilities will include processing customer purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to cash policies. As a Stocker, you will be stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and operating machinery while following safety procedures. This role requires the ability to work both independently and within a team to ensure that the store remains well-maintained and customer-friendly.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information
• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create well-merchandised displays
• Operate machinery and follow safety procedures
• Uphold security and confidentiality of documents and data

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
