Job Description
Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will handle transactions, maintain store appearance, and provide excellent customer service. This position offers a variety of responsibilities and a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders.
- Ensure security and confidentiality of documents and data.
- Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and feedback to improve the shopping experience.
- Adhere to cash procedures and minimize inventory losses.
- Rotate and organize products, follow safety procedures, and operate machinery efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Effective time management and familiarity with retail products and services.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is an advantage.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
