Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will handle transactions, maintain store appearance, and provide excellent customer service. This position offers a variety of responsibilities and a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and feedback to improve the shopping experience.
• Adhere to cash procedures and minimize inventory losses.
• Rotate and organize products, follow safety procedures, and operate machinery efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Effective time management and familiarity with retail products and services.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is an advantage.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
