Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description:

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our collaborative team at Aldi. As a valuable member, you will operate registers or machinery, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide excellent service to our customers.

Position Details:

• Part-Time position
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards
• Perform cashier duties as listed
• Perform stocker duties as listed

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk
• Stocker: Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Interpret and apply company procedures
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail work experience is a plus
