Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Tech / PCT Med Surg to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This full-time position offers night shifts and the opportunity to work in a vibrant medical surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of care in a safe and compassionate manner under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Document patient data accurately and report any observations or concerns promptly.
• Help patients with daily tasks, mobility, and basic needs to ensure their comfort and well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
• Participate in Purposeful Hourly Rounding and other unit routines as directed.
• Perform direct patient care duties and provide clerical support when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Competency in at least two general areas of practice.
• Preferred: Two years of experience in acute or long-term care, CNA, PCT, or paramedic certification, and proficiency in phlebotomy.
