Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Tech (PCT) to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a full-time Medical Surgical PCT, you will play a vital role in assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring their progress, and providing essential care and support.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and progress.
- Collect specimens for lab tests and perform basic patient transport and housekeeping duties.
- Measure and record patients' intake and output, assist with range of motion exercises, and perform phlebotomy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Competent in at least two general areas of practice.
- Preferred: Two years of experience in acute or long-term care, completion of approved CNA/PCT/paramedic certification, and proficiency in phlebotomy.
