Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities and ADLs under supervision.
• Monitor patient progress, vital signs, and specimen collection.
• Provide basic patient transport, housekeeping, and additional support tasks.
• Record patients' measurement data and assist with range of motion exercises and phlebotomy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification mandatory.
• Proficiency in at least two general areas of practice.
• Preferred qualifications include previous acute or long-term care experience, CNA or PCT certification, and phlebotomy skills.
