At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Personal Fitness Team Lead to drive our personal training business at the club level. The role involves leading a team of personal trainers to help our members achieve their fitness goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention.
- Facilitate customized training sessions to meet individual client needs.
- Create a supportive and inclusive environment for trainers and clients.
- Coach trainers on consultations and sales techniques.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
