Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
- Unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
- Proficient in conducting home visit Physical Therapy assessments and providing direct patient care.
- Experience with EMR documentation is beneficial.
- CPR Certification.
