Physical Therapist Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visits to assess patients' medical conditions and rehabilitation potential.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation.
• CPR Certification.
