Paradigm Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will conduct home visit assessments and provide direct patient care to enhance the quality of life for our patients. We offer competitive pay rates ranging from $70 to $90 per hour and flexible scheduling options to suit your needs.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• CPR Certification.
