Paradigm Rehab is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our compassionate team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our patients through personalized care and rehabilitation services.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit assessments to evaluate patients' medical conditions and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation (experience in Hello Note is a plus).
• CPR Certification.
