Physical Therapist Requirements
- Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program.
- Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
- Conduct home visits for Physical Therapy assessments and direct patient care.
- Proficiency in EMR documentation, preferably experience with Hello Note.
- Current CPR Certification.
