Physical Therapy Specialist Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct thorough home visit Physical Therapy assessments.
• Proficient in EMR documentation; experience in Hello Note is beneficial.
• Hold a valid CPR Certification.
