Physical Therapy Specialist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program.
• Hold a valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Perform assessments and deliver patient care to evaluate medical conditions and rehabilitation potential.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation is a plus.
• Current CPR Certification.
