Physical Therapist Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments, providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation is preferred.
• CPR Certification.
