Physical Therapist Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Perform home visit Physical Therapy assessments, offering direct patient care to evaluate medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• Current CPR Certification.
