Casteel Air is seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Manager to join our dedicated team. As a Plumbing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of plumbing projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate plumbing project activities to meet deadlines.
- Supervise and delegate plumbing technicians and helpers, including hiring, scheduling, and training.
- Inspect projects to ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
- Develop and implement quality control programs to maintain high standards of work.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing construction and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret plans, negotiate contracts, and manage budgets.
- Valid plumbing license and driver's license.
