One Medical is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our innovative healthcare team in San Jose, CA. As a primary care provider at One Medical, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse patient panel, conduct in-office and virtual visits, participate in continuous learning, and collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals. We offer a competitive salary range of $252,000 to $268,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, wellness, and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visit needs.
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits.
• Participate in ongoing clinical rounds and collaborate with virtual clinical teams.
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Minimum 2 years of practice in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• State licensed in California.
