As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one patient care at patients' homes.
• Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as directed.
• Conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, and educate family members on health-related topics.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 6 months hands-on nursing experience.
• CPR certification.
• Willingness to work with infants, children, and adolescents in a home care setting.
