Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Continuously assess patient condition and communicate changes to the supervisor and physician.
• Document all care activities and interactions promptly and accurately.
• Participate in developing and updating nursing care plans.
• Take necessary nursing actions based on assessments to achieve desired outcomes.
• Recognize and address changes in patient needs to prevent or minimize risks.
• Adhere to Aveanna policies, regulations, and standards for infection control and patient safety.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention strategies.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing education and skills development.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience (New Grad Program available).
• Active nursing license in good standing and current CPR certification.
