Private Duty Nurse RN

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join Aveanna Healthcare, the largest home health care company in the U.S. As an RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, making a difference in their lives and the lives of their families.

Qualifications

• Must have an RN license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in a home environment
• Execute physicians' prescribed plan of care and maintain accurate documentation
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
• Provide health promotion, teaching, and training to family members
