Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at ChristianaCare. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide expert care to medically fragile pediatric and adult patients in the comfort of their homes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating care with families and healthcare providers, administering medications, and fostering positive relationships with patients and their loved ones.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Build positive relationships with patients and their loved ones.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend a two-week orientation in our Camden office.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience is a plus.
