Job Description
Are you a compassionate nurse who enjoys providing personalized care to patients in the home health setting? ChristianaCare is looking for a dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will deliver expert care to medically fragile pediatric and adult patients, coordinating with families, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend a two-week orientation in our Camden office.
- Prior home health or Long Term Care experience is a plus.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred.
