Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join ChristianaCare's HomeHealth team. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide expert care to medically fragile pediatric and/or adult patients in the comfort of their homes, offering a compassionate and responsive approach to their medical needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Build positive relationships with patients and families.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
- Previous home health and/or Long Term Care experience is a plus.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred.
