Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) - In Person Event 5/13

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join ChristianaCare's HomeHealth team for an In Person Event on 5/13. This role involves providing expert medical care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes in DE.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized care to medically fragile patients.
• Coordinate patient care with families and healthcare providers.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Build positive relationships with patients and families.

Requirements

• DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Previous home health and/or Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience is a plus.
