Job Description
Aveanna Healthcare is looking for dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in home settings in and around the Aurora area. The position offers a competitive salary range of $34 to $38 per hour, with additional case-specific sign-on bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate quality patient care based on physician orders.
- Assess patient condition, report changes, and update care plans accordingly.
- Document all activities, assessments, and nursing actions accurately and promptly.
- Educate patients and families on self-care techniques and disease prevention.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
- Current CPR certification and proficiency in clinical assessments.
- Ability to comply with nursing care standards and policies.
- State-specific experience requirements may apply.
Preferences
- Previous experience in clinical care settings or home health.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
