Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Continuously assess patient condition, report changes, and document activities in a timely manner.
• Develop and update nursing care plans, take appropriate nursing actions, and educate patients and families.
• Maintain infection control measures, comply with regulations, and participate in educational programs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN license.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance.
• Additional state-specific and discipline-specific requirements may apply.

Preferences

Six months of recent clinical care experience and/or home health experience preferred.

Skills/Abilities

• Attention to detail, time management, effective problem-solving.
• Good organization, communication, and physical abilities.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to speak, write, and understand English, travel, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform various physical tasks.
