We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the University of Vermont Health Network. As a Registered Professional Nurse in our Progressive Care Unit (R3), you will be responsible for managing patient care through the nursing process, ensuring the highest standard of care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Unit Description
The Registered Professional Nurse evaluates patient needs, plans and implements care strategies, and evaluates patient outcomes. You will provide patient education, maintain professional nursing standards, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
