Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our General Surgery unit at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the office setting and via phone consultations. Your role will involve adhering to nursing standards, demonstrating compassion to patients and colleagues, and ensuring patient confidentiality.
Unit Description
The ideal candidate should preferably be Wound Care Certified or willing to obtain certification within 6 months of employment.
Job Requirements
- Valid RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
- Minimum of one year of RN experience required; two years in the chosen clinical area is preferred.
- Wound Care Certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
