Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Staff Nurse II, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Unit Description
Provides nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan of care. Functions as an essential member of nursing teams, offering direct patient care and preparing patients for continuing care post-discharge.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in ongoing education and training.
- May assume operational leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse license.
- Experience in inpatient care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
