Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Memory Care Unit at Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing. This unit is dedicated to providing specialized care for individuals with dementia, focusing on maintaining dignity, purpose, and functional ability in a supportive environment. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our residents and providing high-quality nursing care.
Positions Available
- 32 hours per pay period - 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. (4, 8-hour shifts/2-week pay period)
- 72 hours per pay period - 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. (6, 8-hour shifts/2-week pay period)
- 72 hours per pay period - 2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. (6, 8-hour shifts/2-week pay period)
- Limited Per Diem Opportunities - additional $2 per hour
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of Vermont.
- Experience in memory care or geriatrics preferred.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
