Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network team. As a Staff Nurse II, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, working within multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. This role also involves patient education and ensuring continuity of care post-discharge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care based on assessment and individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Prepare patients and families for continued care post-discharge.
• May assume leadership responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Valid RN license.
• Minimum of three-hundred (300) hours per calendar year.
• Completion of orientation program (full-time preferred).

Incentives

• Day shift differential $3.50 (weekends).
• Evening shift differential $3.00 (weekdays) & $6.50 (weekends).
• Night shift differential $10.00 (weekends).
