Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network's team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new alternative care unit at the University of Vermont Medical Center, focusing on long-term care patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with charge nurse experience preferred to oversee LPNs and LNAs on the unit.

Unit Description

Shep 3 North has 18-20 long-term care patients with various diagnoses, creating an environment resembling a long-term care facility.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Charge nurse experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience is a plus.
