Job Description

Aveanna Healthcare, the largest pediatric home health care company in the U.S., is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home setting. As an RN at Aveanna Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating quality patient care, adhering to physicians' orders and confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in a home environment.
• Execute physicians' prescribed plan of care and document care provided.
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
• Educate and train family members on health promotion.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing School (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate).
• Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance.
