Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for triage intake, patient processing, education, telephone management, lab/test result review, and ensuring proper follow-up of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage intake and patient processing.
• Manage telephone calls and review lab/test results.
• Ensure proper patient care follow-up.
• Provide patient education and support.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
• Prior ambulatory clinic experience is preferred.
• Triage experience is required.
