As a Resource RN at The University of Vermont Health Network, you will have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across various units at the UVM Medical Center. This role involves floating between different units to support inpatient staffing needs, including Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, and Maternal Child units.
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. Our leadership team offers training and support to equip you with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in this unique unit. We are looking for individuals with a can-do attitude, flexibility, adaptability to change, independence, and excellent communication skills to succeed in our dynamic department.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of direct critical care experience
On-call: Not required
Incentives: Resource Department differential of $7.00/hour. External candidates may qualify for a one-time signing bonus of $10,000 (terms and conditions apply).
