Job Description
Join us as a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) on the 7p - 7a shift at Exeter Center, an 81-bed facility in Exeter, NH. We offer short-term rehabilitation services, long-term care, and respite care. As an RN, you will work closely with patients/residents, their families, and the healthcare team to deliver compassionate and high-quality care.
Position Highlights
- Perform nursing assessments and develop effective care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities and supervise staff.
- Communicate patient information effectively with team members and shifts.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a current state nursing license.
- CPR Certification required.
- Preferably one to three years of experience as an RN.
