Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our resource team. As a Resource RN, you will have the opportunity to care for a diverse group of patients across the UVM Medical Center, providing high-quality care across various units including Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, and Maternal Child. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Float between different units to support inpatient staffing needs.
- Utilize a broad range of skills to address the needs of patients.
- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to all patients.
- Work closely with the leadership team and receive necessary training and support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of direct nursing experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Independence and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
