Job Description
Join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). As an integral part of an interdisciplinary team, you will provide professional nursing care to critically ill patients, participate in quality initiatives and research projects, and work collaboratively to ensure excellence in patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in critical conditions.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

- Adhere to evidence-based practices and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required (or commitment to obtain it).
- Minimum of one year of relevant nursing experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
