Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As part of the Adult Home Health team, you will have the opportunity to deliver skilled nursing care to patients in the community, working collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Preferably more than one year of experience in home or public health nursing.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in home health nursing.
