Job Description

ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse to join our team. As a Full-Time RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, develop care plans, and ensure patient-centered treatment. We offer competitive pay ranging from $32 to $44 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k) with matching, tuition reimbursement, and medical/dental/vision insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
• Develop patient-centered care plans and discharge plans.
• Maintain IV proficiency and perform IV functions as needed.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• Minimum 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
• Previous experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical is preferred.
