Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse specializing in Home Care to join our team. If you have experience in Home Health nursing and are looking to excel in a supportive environment, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure proficiency in IV functions and develop discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates to obtain BSN within 3 years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent Home Health RN experience.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
