Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse to provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency and perform IV functions.
- Develop discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates to obtain BSN within 3 years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train.
