Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse for Home Care to join our team. If you are an experienced Home Health nurse seeking a supportive environment with comprehensive training, this position is for you. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Prepare and implement discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required, ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent Home Health RN experience.
- Previous experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train.
