Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. If you are dedicated to providing top-quality care to geriatric patients in a community setting, this position might be perfect for you.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop patient-centered care plans and ensure goal-oriented treatment.
- Prepare patients for discharge and provide ongoing support.
- IV proficiency is required; training will be provided for new staff.
Requirements
- BSN required, ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
- IV proficiency is a plus.
Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $32.00 - $44.00.
