Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. The successful candidate will support the Newark, DE, and surrounding area, work day shift hours, one weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and two on-call shifts a month.
Key Responsibilities
- Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Plan for patient discharge and follow-up care.
- Must be IV proficient or willing to undergo training.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years.
- Must have a current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
Working Hours
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $44.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
