Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in home health care to join our team at ChristianaCare. As an integral part of our HomeHealth division, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
Responsibilities
- Administer skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments in patients' homes.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans in alignment with resources.
- Create discharge plans for patients.
- Be proficient in IV administration or willing to undergo training.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
