Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. If you are an experienced nurse with a passion for providing quality care to geriatric patients in the community, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency and adhere to high standards of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate patient discharges.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- At least 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Experience with Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical is preferred.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train.
