Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Resident - $30+ per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Resident to join our team at INTEGRIS Health in Spencer, Oklahoma. In this role, you will provide essential patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, ensuring the physical, psychosocial, safety, and security needs of our patients are met. As a Nurse Resident, you will be part of our Sexual Trauma and Abuse Rehabilitation team, working days from 7am - 7pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal patient care tasks including making beds, giving baths, and emptying bedpans.
• Ensure patient safety by following protocols and assisting with patient ambulation.
• Perform diagnostic testing and basic treatments as needed.

Requirements

• New graduate or eligible to graduate from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Maximum time allowed in the role is 6 months or until passing the NCLEX exam.
• Ability to perform basic patient care tasks and treatments under supervision.
