Overview

The Clinical Nurse on the Resource Team provides comprehensive nursing care following facility protocols under supervision. Ensures a safe work environment and maintains clinical competency. The role requires providing nursing services across designated facilities and specialties.

Essential Functions

• Collects and analyzes healthcare consumer data.
• Develops and implements individualized care plans.
• Coordinates care delivery and promotes health and safety.
• Evaluates progress and practices cultural diversity and inclusion principles.
• Communicates effectively, collaborates with stakeholders, and demonstrates leadership.
• Integrates evidence-based practice and contributes to quality nursing.
• Utilizes resources responsibly and practices in an environmentally safe manner.
• Promotes shared governance and research for positive clinical outcomes.

Physical Requirements

Requires physical abilities such as lifting, walking, standing, bending, and critical thinking. Must be able to handle patients and equipment, respond quickly to changes, and pass Physical Abilities Testing.

Education, Experience, and Certifications

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with at least 1-year specialty nursing experience. Current BLS certification and RN license required.
